Owner and Dentist
Dr. Jonathan Ruminson
Dr. Jonathan Ruminson left a career in financial planning to pursue his true calling in dentistry, inspired by his grandfather and brother. A graduate of Loma Linda University, he has over 10 years of experience and has cared for more than 3,000 patients—most of them children and teens.
As a father to a child with special needs, Dr. Ruminson brings deep empathy and understanding to his practice. He’s committed to treating every child with the same compassion and care he’d want for his own.
Registered Nurse, BSN
Dolores
Dolores earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Loma Linda University and brings over 20 years of nursing experience, including several years in pediatric ICU. She is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and combines her professional expertise with personal insight as a mom of two daughters, one of whom is autistic and nonverbal. These experiences shape the way she approaches care—creating a supportive, patient-centered environment where every child feels safe, valued, and understood.
Within the practice, Dolores performs pre-operative assessments, monitors patients during moderate sedation, and provides post-operative follow-up calls to ensure each child’s comfort and safety extends beyond their visit. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and making special memories with her daughters.
Patient Care Coordinator
Mary
Mary holds a BBA in Finance and Applied Economics. She enjoys helping patients understand their dental care, from navigating insurance to planning treatment. Outside the office, Mary loves reading, journaling, and spending time outdoors. Most of all, she enjoys making memories with her two children, Julian and Axel.
Patient Care Coordinator
Carmen
Carmen holds an Associate of Applied Science degree and has three years of front office experience in dentistry. She enjoys welcoming patients, helping them feel at ease, and building lasting connections with each person who walks through the door.
Outside of work, Carmen finds joy in baking and sharing her creations with family and friends. She loves spending quality time with her parents and staying active by taking her dogs on long walks.
Registered Dental Assistant
Kristin
Kristin is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with eight years of experience. Her passion for dentistry began as a teenager while undergoing orthodontic treatment, which had such a positive impact on her life that she was inspired to help others in the same way.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the gym, and reading. Dedicated to advancing her career, she plans to continue her education through the Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) program.
